ACERBUS, the New Delhi based Extreme Doom Metal band which was formed during January 2012 influenced by legends like HELLHAMMER, CELTIC FROST, INCANTATION, WINTER, DISEMBOWELMENT, WORMPHLEGM etc have finally released their debut single called CHAMBER OF DECREPITUDE. “The song portrays a desolate journey which revolves around a decrepit man who is awaiting an impending death in a chamber which offers no hope of life. Chunks of decaying flesh and stench of rot surrounds the ominous vault”, commented Ankit Sinha (Vocalist).
The mixing and mastering duties for the single was done by Jeff Fischer and the lyrics were penned by Rohit Chaoji. The band will be releasing a demo in a few months time and unleash more aural terror with our abysmal sounds!
