The song is a description of the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu as described in The Bhagavad Geeta. The lyrics have been taken from Kirtan Ghoxaa, one of the holy books of the Neo-Vaishnavite culture of Assam, the foundation of which was laid by Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev. The way in which the lyrics and music have been put together to create this song is quite commendable. The concept and motive of this composition by Pranjal Medhi appears to be to revive the essence and teachings of The Bhagavad Geeta and spread it among today’s youth.
