2.5/5

If there’s one thing about Insane Prophecy that amazes us- it most definitely has to be their true to the roots underground nature. They are the type of band that’s just about non-existent- No Internet Spamming, No fancy Facebook updates and just the bare amount of press coverage. (Just in case you’ve lived in a cave all your life, you probably CAN google them up and check out their music, though).

It is this non-mainstream, ‘kvlt’ underground streak that manages to run through each one of their latest compositions packed in their debut extended play– Apogee of an Inquisition. Relentlessly original and through and through unique- AOAI is a powerhouse that’s most definitely more than worth the hole in your pocket. Immaculate tunes and an extremely intense vision- AOAI is one of those BM albums that will mark 2012’s history in the pages of the Indian independent history. Hook- driven choruses, Decent production and a concept that’s bound to leave you inspired- Insane Prophecy has established their spot as one of India’smost promising extreme metal.

One of the more definitive releases of the year so far- Get this one NOW!
