The annual Rock Music competition cum Concert event of Auxesis is back again for the fifth time and this edition is coming fully loaded with talents from all over the nation. The Rock Fest, organized by the students of Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering & Technology, Dibrugarh University has entered its fifth season this time and comes with loaded surprises. The concert event has been graced by some of the top Rock-metal
bands of the country in the past such as Undying INC. , Slain, Gingerfeet & Providence to name a few. This year the competition gets bigger as there are 25 slots as opposed to 20 slots in all previous years, available for talented amateur bands all around the country to showcase their talent and win the coveted title of the Champions, which not only comes with cash prizes but also comes with a one song studio record deal & other promotional & paid gigs in many different venues. To top that off with an icing on the cake, we’ve got top Indian hard rock band GIRISH AND THE CHRONICLES as the Headliners this year. The event will be two days of fun filled with lots of music & excitement. So, if you want some much deserved relief from your day to day stresses and want to get lost in the tune of the universal language of music, then be there with them on 4th & 5th of October, 2015.
