Auckland’s Alternative band Crimson Rain releases Unmixed Preview of their upcoming single ‘Catastrophe’ on their soundcloud page. Crimson Rain announces that the single will be release on May 2012 end. The single is produced by Zorran Mendonsa.

The name CRIMSON RAIN evolved into strong melodic sounds in May 2010.  CRIMSON was formed by good friends Pras K and Avi Pranish as an alternative band with the concept of not being genre specific. The arrival of bassist Christopher Angell in 2011 introduced a strong association with visual representation of songs brought on by his passionate photography traits. CRIMSON writes songs with the focus on feel and texture, with equal emphasis on lyrical content and instrument melody. The Colour Red and Rose is a common element found in CRIMSON RAINS visual material.

Crimson Rain is also working towards album completion. The band will be on tour of Malaysia in June/July

Crimson Rain is:

Avi Pranish – Lead/Layering Guitar
Christopher Angell – Bass/Backing Vocals
Pras K – Vocals/Rhythm Guitar
Shem Stiletto – Drums
