Anisha Saikia from Guwahati now based in Mumbai released her third original single ‘Bolona’.
‘Bolona’ has been written and composed by her and the video has been shot in the colorful beaches of Phi Phi Island, Thailand.
This is a love song which does give a beach vibe and an easy breezy flow.
The reason she is stated one woman army is because the song is her baby and with the keenness on cinematography the video has been planned by her as well and has been shot with her own equipments and help.
Bolona was composed with only the hook line in the year 2017 then she completed writing the full song in 2018.
Bolona is available on all leading digital music stores like iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify, Google Play etc. The full video with some behind the scenes is uploaded on the official YouTube channel of Anisha Saikia.
A brief background about the artist: She was a Saregamapa contestant in 2016 and since then have been related to the music industry in Mumbai. There are various songs and jingles which she has given voice to. She has sang and composed “Kheli Meli Mon” for the very popular movie franchise Local kung Fu 2 and sang for Suspended Inspecter Boro as well. She was awarded the best live performer female by Kareena Kapoor Khan in the year 2019 at IMF awards, held in Malaysia. She has a recent release called “Koi Nahi” from the movie on Netflix Chaman Bahar.
Her last original release was 2020 February which was an Assamese song shot in the USA.
