EP ON JULY 7th, 2012 FOR INDIA! WORLD-WIDE RELEASE TO SOON FOLLOW

Indian Extreme Metal label ‘Cyclopean Eye Productions’ has announced that its first release ‘Genocide Shrines – ‘Devanation Monumentemples’ is scheduled for India release on July 7th, 2012.  Genocide Shrines is an 4 member Occult Death Metal band from Colombo, Sri Lanka featuring Tridenterrorcult (War Chants/Vocals), BlasphemousWarGoat (Deathhammers/Drums), NarkotikPerversor (Strings/Guitars) and Khaoshiva (Strings/Bass) who also play in well known Black Metal bands Funeral in Heaven and Manifestator. The band cites its ideological influences as Tantra/Spiritual Warfare, Arrack, and devotion to the Lankan Demon King Raavan. Musically, Genocide Shrines brings to mind bands such as Incantation, Archgoat, Coffins and Teitanblood. The band has so far played a couple of shows in their native Colombo at the Defenders of Faith Fest and will soon be playing shows in India and Thailand (Siam True Metal Fest in Thailand in December) this year!
